We offer free shipping on all orders above 175 USD. Available shipping options and fees will be shown at checkout. All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in New Jersey USA.

We offer free shipping on orders above £150. The shipping fee is £10 on orders below £150. All of our orders are inclusive of duties and tax.

Deliveries to countries outside the EU, UK, USA and Norway may be subject to import duties or local taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

If a package is not picked up in time, it will be returned to us, and you will be charged a handling fee of 200 SEK (€20/$20) to cover administrative expenses and shipping costs.
After your package is sent, you will receive an email with information about your package and a tracking link. If you want to check the status on your order, you can create an account with Sisterly Tribe, and view order status on your Account page.
An item on pre-order is one that is not yet in our warehouse. By purchasing an item that is on pre-order, you are securing your item until we are able to ship it out to you.
If you purchase an item on pre-order, please know that we are unable to ship your entire order until your pre-order item arrives to our shipping facilities. We cannot ship your items separately and are unable to make any exceptions. If you'd like to receive items outside of pre-order prior to the expected arrival date, we recommend placing a separate order.
