Returns & exchanges

We always aim to make sure that our products live up to our customers expectations, but if you do need to return an item or order we are happy to help. You can always make a return within 14 days of receiving the package.

In the EU we always offer one free exchange of size. 

 

If you wish to exchange a product and you are from outside the EU, please return it and place a new order on our website. 

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please send an email to customercare@sisterlytribe.com, stating the following information:

  • Personal details, including name, address, and phone number 
  • Order number (see order receipt)
  • Details of the item(s) you want to return or exchange, including name, color, and size (see order receipt)
  • If you wish to make an exchange, add details of the new size you would like 
  • Reason for the return or exchange

We will then send you instructions on how to return the item(s). 

Please note that you are responsible for the condition of all items after you have received them from us, they should be in unused condition, have all garment tags attached, and are in their original packaging. If the garments don´t live up to these standards we will refund 30% of the original payment for the item. You are also responsible for the state of the items during the return transport.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

You are responsible for paying the return shipping cost. We are happy to provide you with a shipping label and the fee will then be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you can send the package to our warehouse address and pay the shipping cost directly at the drop-off point or post office. Let’s try to preserve our environment and avoid returning items. We will do our absolute best to help you find the right size.

Reclaims

Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within one year from purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. You must notify us concerning the defect or error within a reasonable amount of time after you have discovered it. A claim made within two months of discovery is considered a reasonable amount of time. 

If you want to reclaim a product, please contact us at customercare@sisterlytribe.com, and we will provide further instructions. If you are unsure whether the instance of the item is a defect covered by the warranty, please contact us.

Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. If the product is not in stock you will be refunded for the item. We will be responsible for the return shipping.
