Returns & exchanges

If you are not happy with your products you can return them within 14 days of receiving the package. In EU we offer one exchange of size free of charge. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If you wish to exchange a product and you are from outside EU, please return it and place a new order on our website. 

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please send an email to customercare@sisterlytribe.com, stating the following information:

  • Personal details, including name, address and phone number 
  • Order number (see order receipt)
  • Details of the item(s) you want to return or exchange, including name, colour and size (see order receipt)
  • If exchange, details of the new size you would like 
  • Reason for the return or exchange

We will then send you instructions on how to return the item(s). 

You are responsible for the payment of return. Your refund will be issued to the same account/credit card the payment was made with, as soon as we have received your return. The refund is made within a maximum of 14 calendar days after receipt of the returned items. 

Please that you are responsible for the condition of all items after you have received them from us, meaning that you are also responsible for the state of items during the return transport.

Let’s try to preserve our environment and avoid returning items. We will do our absolute best to help you find the right size.

Reclaims

Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within one year from purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. You must notify us concerning the defect or error within a reasonable amount of time after you have discovered it. A claim made within two months of discovery is considered a reasonable amount of time. 

If you want to reclaim a product, please contact us at customercare@sisterlytribe.com, and we will provide further instructions. If you are unsure whether the instance of item is a defect covered by the warranty, please contact us.

Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. If the product is not in stock you will be refunded for the item. We will be responsible for the return shipping.
