What size am I?  

We have put together a guide, which you can find in our size guide.  If you're still not sure, send us an email or chat with us, we'd love to help!

When will I get my order?

Once you place your order, we will take care of your order within 24 hour. All our products are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden. 

Estimated delivery time:

  • Sweden 1-3 business days
  • Rest of Europe: 3-7 business day
  • Rest of the World: 4-14 business days

What countries do you ship to? 

We want to inspire women across the globe which is why we offer worldwide shipping. Our shipping partner is DHL and Postnord.

How much does shipping cost? 

In Sweden, we offer free shipping on all orders

In EU, we offer free shipping on all orders

In Norway, we offer free shipping on all orders above 1000SEK (c. €100). The shipping fee is 100SEK (c. €10) on orders below 1000SEK (c.€100). 

Outside EU, we offer free shipping on all orders above 2000 SEK (€200/240USD). The shipping fee is 200 SEK (c. €20/24USD) on orders below 2000SEK (c. €200/240USD). 

Do I have to pay International Taxes & Duties?

We are a company operating from within the EU. Please note that there may be import customs or local taxes charged for deliveries made outside EU. Any customs fees incurred on international shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Sisterly Tribe has no control over the customs charges or exchange rates.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can create an account with Sisterly Tribe, and view order status on your Account page. The account page is updated as soon as you are charged for your order and again once your order ships.

Can I return or exchange products?

If you are not happy with your products you can return them within 14 days of receiving the package. In EU we offer one free exchange of size. We only refund items that are in unused condition and that have all garment tags attached and in its original packaging.

What payment methods do you accept?

Customers in all countries can pay with the most common credit and debit cards, including Master Card, Maestro, Visa debit and credit and Amex.


You can also pay with Klarna, if you are located in Sweden, Finland, Austria, Germany, Netherlands and UK. Please note that if you are located in Sweden and you want to use Klarna, you must pay in SEK. If you are located in UK, you must pay in GBP. If you are in Finland, Austria, Germany or the Netherlands and you want to use Klarna, you must pay in EUR. You can change the currency at the bottom of the page before entering checkout.

 
If you want an even faster checkout and you have activated these applications, you can use our express payment options, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay, depending on which device you use.  

What can I do if my payment is declined?

Oh no! There is a couple of things you can check:

  • Card’s billing details, such as the security code and billing address, match what you’ve entered into our system.
  • Card expiry
  • Card settings in terms of internet or foreign payments

Your card issuer may have declined your payment for a reason or another. They don’t tell us the reason for this, so it’s best to check with them before trying your card again. If none of this works, please contact us at customercare@sisterlytribe.com or chat with us. We’re happy to help!
