In Norway, we offer free shipping on all orders above 1000SEK (c. €100). The shipping fee is 100SEK (c. €10) on orders below 1000SEK (c.€100). We are VOEC (VAT on E-commerce) registered. Orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis.
In the UK, we offer free shipping on all orders above 1000SEK (c.£80). The shipping fee is 100SEK (c.£8) on orders below 1000SEK (c.£80).
Rest of the world, we offer free shipping on all orders above 2000 SEK (€200/240USD). The shipping fee is 200 SEK (c. €20/24USD) on orders below 2000SEK (c. €200/240USD).
We are a company operating from within the EU. Please note that there may be import customs or local taxes charged for deliveries made outside EU & Norway. Any customs fees incurred on international shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Sisterly Tribe has no control over the customs charges or exchange rates.
We always aim to make sure that our products live up to our customers expectations, but if you do need to return an item or order we are happy to help. In the EU we always offer one free exchange of size.

Yes, we are happy to offer you a refund as long as the items are in unused condition, have all garment tags attached, and is in their original packaging. We will refund to the credit card, or original payment method used.
If you want to return an item you are responsible for paying the return shipping cost. We are happy to provide you with a shipping label and the fee will then be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you can send the package to our warehouse address and pay the shipping cost directly at the drop-off point or post office. You are responsible for the condition of all items after you have received them from us, meaning that you are also responsible for the state of items during the return transport.
If you return an item it is your responsibility to make sure the items are in unused condition, have all garment tags attached, and are in their original packaging. If the garments don´t live up to these standards we will refund 30% of the original payment for the item.
If you believe the item is faulty or if you have not received what you had ordered, please contact us right away at email@example.com. Include the order number and what item is faulty or incorrect and we will help you as soon as we can.
The fabric we use for our Yogawear is made from recycled post-consumer plastic bottles giving new life to waste otherwise polluting our planet. Any leftover fabric scraps from our production are being donated to local charity-based groups that re-make them into saleable goods.
Our Jersey tops and sweaters are made from 100% Organic Cotton.

Our fit comes up normal, therefore our recommendation is to choose the size that you would normally use. If you are in between sizes, we always recommend to size down rather than up.
