Order & Shipping
Yes, we ship worldwide. Our shipping partners are Postnord, DHL, UPS, Instabox & Budbee. Available shipping options will be shown at checkout.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days and delivered within our couriers time frame. Orders placed before 11.45 am CET are normally packed and shipped out the same day. You will receive an email with shipping information and tracking once the order is dispatched from our warehouse. Our warehouse is located in Borås, Sweden.
Once you place your order our warehouse will process and ship your order within 1-2 business days.
Below transit times are an estimate based on what our courier has given us as a guideline.
Sweden: 1-3 working days
EU, UK & Norway: 3-7 working days
Rest of the World: 4-14 working days
Once you place your order, we aim to take care of your order within 24 hours. All our products are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden.
You can create an account with Sisterly Tribe, and view order status on your Account page. The account page is updated as soon as you are charged for your order and again once your order ships.
Sweden, we offer free shipping on orders above 1000 SEK. Available shipping options and fees will be shown at checkout.
EU, we offer free shipping on orders above €100. Available shipping options and fees will be shown at checkout.
Norway, we offer free shipping on all orders above 1500 NOK. The shipping fee is 150 NOK on orders below 1500 NOK. We are VOEC (VAT on E-commerce) registered company so all orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis.
UK, we offer free shipping on orders above £150. The shipping fee is £10 on orders below £150. Starting 18th October 2024, all of our orders are inclusive of duties and tax.
Switzerland, we offer free shipping on all orders above 120 CHF. The shipping fee is 10 CHF on orders below 120 CHF. Please note that that Import Duty & Taxes might occur as we are a company operating from within EU.
USA, we offer free shipping on all orders above 200 USD. The shipping fee is 15 USD on orders below 200 USD.
All orders below 800 USD won’t be subject to taxes or import duties. For orders above 800 USD you will be responsible for taxes & import duties.
Rest of the world, we offer free shipping on all orders above 200USD. Please note that that Import Duty & Taxes might occur as we are a company operating from within EU.
We are a company operating from within the European Union. Please note that there may be import duty or local taxes charged for deliveries made outside EU, UK & Norway.
Any customs fees incurred on international shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Sisterly Tribe has no control over the customs charges or exchange rates.
Returns & Exchanges
We always aim to make sure that our products live up to our customers expectations, but if you do need to return an item or order we are happy to help. You can always make a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the package by following this link. You will find detailed instructions on how to make a return on our Returns & Exchanges page.
In the EU we always offer one free exchange of size.

Yes, we are happy to offer you a refund as long as the items are in unused condition, have all garment tags attached, and is in their original packaging. We will refund to the credit card, or original payment method used.
If you want to return an item you are responsible for paying the return shipping cost. When you have registered yur return following this link and you will get the refund deducted from your initial payment. Alternatively, you can send the package to our warehouse address and pay the shipping cost directly at the drop-off point or post office. (Please contact hello@sisterlytribe.com for the full address)
Return fee Sweden: 49kr
Return fee Europe: 5 Euro
Return fee Rest of the world: 10 Euro
You are responsible for the condition of all items after you have received them from us, meaning that you are also responsible for the state of items during the return transport.
If you return an item it is your responsibility to make sure the items are in unused condition, have all garment tags attached, and are in their original packaging. If the garments don´t live up to these standards we will refund 30% of the original payment for the item.
If you believe the item is faulty or if you have not received what you had ordered, please make a reclaim by following this link.
Please note that items that are damaged due to wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. You must notify us concerning the defect or error within a reasonable time after discovering it. A claim made within two months of discovery is considered a reasonable amount of time.
Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. If the product is not in stock you will be refunded for the item. We will be responsible for the return shipping.

Product
We always try to use premium material made in a more sustainable way to make sure we create long lasting products with minimal impact to the environment.
Our yoga & activewear is made from a blend of recycled polyester/spandex or a blend of recycled polyamid/spandex.
Our jersey tops and sweats are made from organic cotton, a blend of organic cotton/recycled cotton or from a blend of lenzing modal/elastan.

Our fit comes up normal, therefore our recommendation is to choose the size that you would normally use. If you are in between sizes, we always recommend to size down rather than up.
