Returns & exchanges 

We always do our best to create an outstanding shopping experience and we hope that you are happy with your purchase. If you however do need to return an item or order we are happy to help. You can always make a return within 14 days of receiving the package. Please note that you are responsible for the payment of the return and the condition of all items after you have received them from us.

 In the EU we always offer one free exchange of size. 

 If you wish to exchange a product and you are from outside the EU, please return it and place a new order on our website. 

 If you wish to return or exchange an item login to your Account. You can also find the log in page through the profile icon in the store's navigation (web), or click on Account in the sidebar menu (mobile), and follow the instructions below. 

  • Log in to your account: 
  • In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  • You will receive a six-digit code to your email account, enter the verification code to the login page.
  • When logged in, Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  • If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  • Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  • If you want to make an exchange, please inform us in the note. Include what size or color you would like to receive instead. 
  • Click Request Return.

 If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

 

Please note that you are responsible for the condition of all items after you have received them from us. They should be in unused condition, have all garment tags attached, and be in their original packaging. You are also responsible for the state of the items during the return transport.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You are responsible for paying the return shipping cost. If you use the return note included in your package the fee will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you can send the package to our warehouse address and pay the shipping cost directly at the drop-off point or post office. Let’s try to preserve our environment and avoid returning items. We will do our absolute best to help you find the right size.


Reclaims

Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or if a manufacturing fault occurs within one year from purchase. Please note that items that are damaged due to wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. You must notify us concerning the defect or error within a reasonable time after discovering it. A claim made within two months of discovery is considered a reasonable amount of time. 

If you want to reclaim a product, please contact us at hello@sisterlytribe.com, and we will provide further instructions. If you are unsure whether the instance of the item is a defect covered by the warranty, please contact us.

Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. If the product is not in stock you will be refunded for the item. We will be responsible for the return shipping.
