EURO SUMMER GLOW UP

Euro Summer Collection is here, and soon summer will be too. Which means, glow up time! These nine things will help you stay your best self this summer. 

SPF every day

Never forget the importance of sunscreen! We don't want that harmful UV radiation to damage our skin. Apply, reapply and repeat. Even on cloudy days. Reduce the risk for skin cancer, prevent signs of aging and sunburns. We want our skin to be glowing and youthful, not red and irritated. Protect it as your life depends on it, because it does! 

Long walks along the beach

Nothing beats the feeling of warm sand between your toes, the wind flowing through your hair and the ocean breeze. Take a moment to enjoy the sunset, feel the warmth and breathe. Nature is amazing, and so are you. 

Yoga in the sun

Yoga is nice. But yoga in the sun is even better. Combine the best of both worlds, lots of D-vitamins and movement. The best way to start or finish your day. 

Drink lots of water

Hydrate, hydrate and, HYDRATE! Do we need to say more? Drinking lots of water helps your skin with hydration as well as it helps your physical and mental performance.

Daily meditation

Meditation reduces stress and anxiety, can promote emotional health through improved self-image and even enhances self-awareness. Confidence comes from the inside, and who doesn't want to radiate confidence?

Spend time with friends

Laugh lots and live longer, they say. We think this saying holds some truth. Some iced tea or coffee at a local café, hot girl walks or pilates classes. Maybe a picnic, sunbathing at the beach or canvas and cava at the balcony. 

Calming sheet masks

After a long day in the sun, make sure to take care of your skin. Hydrate and calm your skin with a sheet mask to keep the glow up. 

Eat a balanced diet

Get that ice cream, a creamy pasta, baguettes with olive oil. Your mind, body and soul will thank you for feeding yourself with things you crave and truly enjoy. But also remember to give your body what it needs, which means lots of nutritions. For example watermelon and feta salads, fresh berries and fruits. It's all about balance. 

Make a summer vision board

What do you want to do this summer? What's the vibe? What does your style look like? Make a vision board to visualize your best summer yet.

Also, a last reminder: all bodies are summer bodies. Take care, eat well and enjoy.
