Right of Withdrawal
By law you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from receiving the order without giving any reason.
If you would like to exercise your right of withdrawal, please send a message to hello@sisterlytibe.com before the withdrawal period expires, including the following information:
- A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase contract.
- Your personal details, including name, address, and phone number.
- Order number (found on your order receipt)
If you withdraw from the purchase contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from the purchase contract. The deadline is met if you send back the items before the period of 14 days has expired.
If you use your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for payment of the return shipping costs.
We will refund returned items fully, provided that all items are returned in unused condition and all tags and labels are attached and intact. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
You are responsible for the condition of all items after you have received them from us. This means that you as a customer are also responsible for the state of items during the return transport. We recommend that you pack all items well and securely so that the goods are not damaged during the return transport. Sisterly Tribe is not obliged to compensate the customer for returned items if extensive transport damage occurs during return transport.
