Enjoy extended Holiday Returns & Exchanges on all orders placed orders placed after November 20st, 2024 until January 10th, 2025.
We always try our best to create an outstanding shopping experience and we hope that you are will love your new pieces. If you however do need to return an item or order we are happy to help. You can always make a return within 14 days of receiving the package.
Please note that you are responsible for the payment of the return and the condition of all items after you have received them from us. We only accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items. The products need to have all garment tags attached, and be in their original packaging.
The return fee for making a return is the following:
Return fee Sweden: 49kr
Return fee Europe: 5 Euro
Return fee Rest of the world: 10 Euro
In the EU we always offer one free exchange of size or color.
If you wish to exchange a product and you are from outside the EU, an exchange fee will be deducted from your initial payment. The exchange fee is the same as the return fee for your country. You can find the information on the return fee for your country here.
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the steps below.
- Klick on this Link and enter your email and order number, and then select the item you want to exchange
- Select the new size and/or color that you want to change to
- Review your exchange and click “save”
- Choose your preferred return shipping option
- Complete the exchange
- You will get the return shipping instructions in a separate email
If the product(s) that you received is not quite what you wanted it’s easy to return your item(s). Just follow these steps:
- Klick on this Link and enter your email and order number, and then select the item you want to return
- Select the “return” tab at the top
- Select the reason(s) for your return
- Review your return and click “save”
- Choose your preferred return shipping option
- Complete the return
- You will get the return shipping instructions in a separate email
Please note that you are responsible for the condition of all items after you have received them from us. They should be in unused condition, have all garment tags attached, and be in their original packaging. You are responsible for the state of the items during the return transport.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Let’s try to preserve our environment and avoid returning items. We will do our absolute best to help you find the right size.
Reclaims
Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or if a manufacturing fault occurs within one year from purchase. Please note that items that are damaged due to wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. You must notify us concerning the defect or error within a reasonable time after discovering it. A claim made within two months of discovery is considered a reasonable amount of time.
If you want to reclaim a product, it’s easy to make a complaint, just follow these steps:

- Select the “complaint” tab at the top
- Add a comment describing the defect
- Add a photo that shows the defect
- Review your complaint and click “save”
- Complete the complaint
- We will review your complaint and come back to you in a separate email
Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. If the product is not in stock you will be refunded for the item. We will be responsible for the return shipping.
