Once you place your order, we aim to take care of your order within 24 hours. All our products are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden.

In Norway, we offer free shipping on all orders above 1000SEK (c. €100). The shipping fee is 100SEK (c. €10) on orders below 1000SEK (c.€100). We are VOEC (VAT on E-commerce) registered. Orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis.

In the UK, we offer free shipping on all orders above 1000SEK (c.£80). The shipping fee is 100SEK (c.£8) on orders below 1000SEK (c.£80).

Please note that that Import Duty & Taxes might occur as we are a company operating from within EU.

In Switzerland, we offer free shipping on all orders above 1500SEK (c.120 CHF). The shipping fee is 100SEK (c.8 CHF) on orders below 1500SEK (c.120 CHF).

Any customs fees incurred on international shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Sisterly Tribe has no control over the customs charges or exchange rates.

We always aim to make sure that our products live up to our customers expectations, but if you do need to return an item or order we are happy to help.  In the EU we always offer one free exchange of size.

Yes, we are happy to offer you a refund as long as the items are in unused condition, have all garment tags attached, and is in their original packaging. We will refund to the credit card, or original payment method used.

If you want to return an item you are responsible for paying the return shipping cost. When you have registered yur return following this link and you will get the refund deducted from your initial payment. Alternatively, you can send the package to our warehouse address and pay the shipping cost directly at the drop-off point or post office. Return fee Sweden: 49kr  

Return fee Europe: 5 Euro 

Return fee Rest of the world: 10 Euro

You are responsible for the condition of all items after you have received them from us, meaning that you are also responsible for the state of items during the return transport.

If you return an item it is your responsibility to make sure the items are in unused condition, have all garment tags attached, and are in their original packaging. If the garments don´t live up to these standards we will refund 30% of the original payment for the item.

If you believe the item is faulty or if you have not received what you had ordered, please make a reclaim by following this link. 

Please note that items that are damaged due to wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. You must notify us concerning the defect or error within a reasonable time after discovering it. A claim made within two months of discovery is considered a reasonable amount of time. 

Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. If the product is not in stock you will be refunded for the item. We will be responsible for the return shipping.

The fabric we use for our Yogawear is made from recycled post-consumer plastic bottles giving new life to waste otherwise polluting our planet. Any leftover fabric scraps from our production are being donated to local charity-based groups that re-make them into saleable goods.

Our Jersey tops and sweaters are made from 100% Organic or Recycled Cotton. 

Our latest collection is made from recycled polyamide and elastane and is also produced in Portugal.

Our fit comes up normal, therefore our recommendation is to choose the size that you would normally use. If you are in between sizes, we always recommend to size down rather than up.
