Returns & Exchanges
We are happy to accept returns for online orders offering a 30-day return policy, starting from the day you placed your order.
To process your return, please visit our digital returns portal.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed, damaged or altered in any way. The items need to have all garment tags attached, and be in their original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please allow up to 14 working days for returns to be processed once we have received them.
Items purchased outside the Sisterly Tribe’s website cannot be returned through our online returns portal. Please return them directly to the original store of purchase.
Return costs
The return fee for making a return is the following:
Return fee Sweden: 69 SEK
Return fee rest of EU: €10 Euro
Return fee UK: £8
Return fee US: $10
Return fee Rest of the world: $15
In the EU we always offer one free exchange of size or same priced item, subject to availability.
We do not offer exchanges outside of EU.
Reclaims
Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or if a manufacturing fault occurs within one year from purchase. Please note that items that are damaged due to wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. You must notify us concerning the defect or error within a reasonable time after discovering it. A claim made within two months of discovery is considered a reasonable amount of time.
If you want to reclaim a product, it’s easy to make a complaint, just follow these steps:

We will review your complaint and come back to you in a separate email
Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. If the product is not in stock you will be refunded for the item. We will be responsible for the return shipping.
