Refund policy

Returns & exchanges

We always do our best to create an outstanding shopping experience and we hope that you are happy with your purchase. In case you are not happy with your product(s) or the size is not working for you, you can return the product(s) within 14 days of receiving the package. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

 If you wish to exchange a product, please return it and place a new order on our website. 

If you wish to return an item, please send an email to customercare@sisterlytribe.com, stating the following information:

  • Personal details, including name, address and phone number 
  • Order number (see order receipt)
  • Details of the item(s) you want to exchange or return, including name, colour and size (see order receipt)
  • In case of an exchange, details of the items you want to receive in return, including name, colour and size
  • Reason for the exchange or return

We will then send you instructions on how to return the item(s). 

 Please note that you are responsible for payment of return. Please also note, that you are responsible for the condition of all items after you have received them from us, meaning that you are also responsible for the state of items during the return transport.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. The refund is made within a maximum of 14 calendar days after receipt of the returned items.

Let’s try to preserve our environment and avoid returning items. We will do our absolute best to help you find the right size.

 Reclaims

Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within one year from purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. You must notify us concerning the defect or error within a reasonable amount of time after you have discovered it. A claim made within two months of discovery is considered a reasonable amount of time. 

If you want to reclaim a product, please contact us at customercare@sisterlytribe.com, and we will provide further instructions. If you are unsure whether the instance of item is a defect covered by the warranty, please contact us.

Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. If the product is not in stock you will be refunded for the item. We will be responsible for the return shipping.
